Subscription bookings are for recurring lessons, and give you the option to select both the frequency (daily, weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly) and when you want the subscription to end.

You have the flexibility to rearrange or cancel any lesson within a subscription without it affecting the other lessons. You also have the option to cancel the subscription as a whole at any time.

Our subscription lessons have some very powerful and unique automation, that will save you time and money. Our system automatically charges the student for each subscription lesson based on your chosen payment plan - upfront, monthly or pay as you go.

Pay As You Go - Each booking is charged for 7 days in advance.

Monthly - Bookings are paid for in advance and charged on the 1st of the month. Each payment includes upcoming bookings from the 8th of the month to the 7th of the following month.

Upfront - All of the subscription bookings will be charged for immediately, with one single payment.

No need to chase up invoices, check if you've received payment or worry about no shows. Our system has it covered.

Take a look at the timeline below to see the process.
